These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of 01-robots.com, your purchase of tickets and your attendance at 01 ROBOTS: Robotics World Festival, held on 8–9 April 2027 at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore (the “Festival”).
The website, tickets and Festival are operated by 01 Robots Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, UEN [UEN], registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“01 ROBOTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website, buying a ticket or attending the Festival, you agree to these Terms and to ourPrivacy Policy. If you buy tickets for other people, you confirm that you have their agreement to these Terms and will share them with those people.
Sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and media are also bound by their separate agreements with us. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement applies.
2.1 You must be 18 or over to buy a ticket. Each ticket admits one named person, including any person aged 12–17 attending under Section 5.
2.2 Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on our website and include Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect tickets you have already paid for. Your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees, which we do not cover.
2.3 Payments are processed by Stripe. Your purchase is confirmed only when payment has been received in full.
2.4 After purchase, we send your ticket to the email address you provided. We may ask for attendee details, such as the attendee’s name, company and badge photo, before we issue a badge. Please keep your ticket safe: it is your proof of purchase and your entry to the Festival.
2.5 Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to tickets already purchased.
2.6 We may cancel any ticket bought through fraud, unauthorised resale, technical errors, misuse of promotional codes or other improper means, without notice.
3.1 Until 1 March 2027 (23:59 Singapore time), you can request a refund by emailing support@01-robots.com with your order number. We will refund the ticket price less payment processing fees to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
3.2 After 1 March 2027, tickets are non-refundable, including if you cannot attend, miss the Festival, are refused a visa, or your travel is disrupted.
3.3 If we refuse you entry or remove you from the Festival for breaking these Terms, you will not receive a refund.
3.4 If we cancel the Festival, we will refund the ticket price you paid. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa or other costs you have incurred.
3.5 If we postpone the Festival or move it to another venue, your ticket will be valid for the new date or venue. If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a refund within 14 days of our announcement.
3.6 Nothing in this Section affects any rights you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded.
4.1 Until 1 March 2027 (23:59 Singapore time), you can transfer your ticket to another person by emailing support@01-robots.com with your order number and the new attendee’s name, email and company. The new attendee must accept these Terms. After 1 March 2027, tickets cannot be transferred.
4.2 Badges are personal. You may not lend your badge to anyone else. We may check identity at entry and refuse entry if the name on the badge does not match.
4.3 You may not resell tickets, offer them for sale on any marketplace or use them for promotions, competitions or commercial purposes without our written permission. We may cancel tickets that are resold or offered for resale, without refund.
5.1 01 ROBOTS is a professional industry event. The minimum age for entry is 12. Children under 12 will not be admitted, including when accompanied.
5.2 Attendees aged 12–17 must have their own full-price ticket, bought by a parent or guardian, and must be accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 or over who holds a valid ticket. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the young person’s safety and behaviour throughout the Festival.
5.3 By bringing a person under 18 to the Festival, the accompanying adult accepts these Terms and our Privacy Policy on their behalf, including photography and filming under Section 8.
5.4 Please bring photo ID. We may ask attendees to show ID to confirm their identity or age.
5.5 Entry is subject to security checks, including bag searches. You must follow the rules of the venue, Marina Bay Sands, and the instructions of our staff, security and venue personnel. Prohibited items include weapons, hazardous materials, and outside drones and robots (see Section 6).
5.6 We may refuse entry to, or remove from the Festival, anyone who breaks these Terms or venue rules, behaves unsafely or inappropriately, or appears to be intoxicated.
The Festival features moving robots, live demonstrations and robot competitions. For your safety:
You may not bring your own drones, robots or other remote-controlled devices to the Festival, or operate them at the venue, without our prior written approval. Competition teams and exhibitors follow separate technical and safety rules.
If you see a safety risk or an accident, tell the nearest staff member immediately.
01 ROBOTS brings together founders, engineers, investors, executives and media from around the world. We expect everyone at the Festival to behave professionally and respectfully.
We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, intimidation, unwanted physical contact, sexual or offensive behaviour, or disruption of sessions, competitions or exhibitions. This applies at the venue, at official side events and in our online channels.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behaviour, tell our staff or write to support@01-robots.com. We may remove anyone who breaks this code from the Festival without refund and refuse them entry to future 01 ROBOTS events.
8.1 The Festival is photographed, filmed, recorded and may be livestreamed. By attending, you agree to appear in this content and grant 01 ROBOTS a free, worldwide, perpetual right to use your image, voice and likeness in it, in any media, for promotional, commercial and archival purposes. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please do not attend. Details are in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
8.2 You may take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use. Professional or commercial filming, photography or streaming requires media accreditation or our written permission.
8.3 You may not record closed sessions, private meetings or any area where we or an exhibitor indicate that recording is not allowed.
8.4 Exhibitors’ robots may record or recognise people during demonstrations. Exhibitors are responsible for this under their own privacy policies.
9.1 Speakers, sessions, exhibitors, competitions, schedules and venue layout are announced in good faith but may change. We may substitute, reschedule or cancel any part of the programme without liability. We will post changes on our website as soon as possible. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
9.2 Some areas, such as VIP lounges, investor meetings and media areas, may be open only to certain ticket types or invited guests.
9.3 01 ROBOTS: AWARD is a separate, invitation-only gala. A Festival ticket does not include access to it.
10.1 You attend the Festival at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
10.2 Exhibitors, sponsors and competition teams are responsible for their own robots, equipment and demonstrations, and for any injury or damage they cause.
10.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, opportunity or data. Our total liability to you in connection with your ticket is limited to the price you paid for it.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Singapore law.
10.5 We are not liable for failing to deliver the Festival, or any part of it, because of events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, government orders, travel restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, venue closure and failures of utilities or telecommunications. In that case, Section 3.4 or 3.5 applies.
10.6 We are not responsible for visa decisions. If you need a visa to enter Singapore, please apply early.
11.1 The 01 ROBOTS name and logo, the Zero & One mascots, our website, designs, text, images, videos and other content belong to 01 ROBOTS or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to link to our website and share our public posts.
11.2 When using our website, you must not:
11.3 We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete. Information on the website is for general information only.
11.4 Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
12.1 Privacy. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on our website. The version in force when you bought your ticket applies to that purchase, except for changes required by law or needed for safety.
12.3 Transfer of our rights. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliated company or to a successor running the Festival.
12.4 Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
12.5 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
